"Wildlife and Wellness" Seminole County Health Fair - March 3, 2012

Take a walk on the wild side with Wildlife and Wellness.  This fun filled family day of adventure is a new health fair in Seminole County presented by the Hope and Help Center of Central Florida Inc., the Assistance Fund and the Central Florida Zoo.  Families learn about health and wellness while they discover exotic wildlife at the Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens.  Wildlife stations, healthcare information and testing tents will be set up at the Zoo. From lemurs and leopards to life and learning, this fun and fur filled event will cover it all. Join the Hope & Help Center at the Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens for the Seminole County Health Fair on March 3, 2012 from 10AM - 2PM.

AIDS Walk Orlando - May 19, 2012

AIDS Walk Orlando is the second largest annual fundraiser for the Hope and Help Center created in 1996, AIDS Walk Orlando continues to raise awareness and funds for the men, women and children infected and affected by HIV/AIDS in the Central Florida Community. Each year, thousands gather in Downtown Orlando to raise funds and walk to honor those that have passed or who are infected and to raise awareness and prevent the further spread of this disease.

Headdress Ball - September 22, 2012




Created back in 1989 as a small floral headdress competition and fundraiser, the Headdress Ball has transformed into one of the top black tie galas in Central Florida and certainly one not to be missed! With the reputation as "Orlando´s Most Outrageous Charity Gala" guests are dazzled with a Las Vegas-style show, gourmet dinner, live and silent auctions, magnificent Headdress competition and so much more. The Headdress Ball is Hope and Help´s largest fundraising event of the year and all proceeds benefit the agency´s life saving programs and services.

The fabulous Headdress Ball will take place on September 22, 2012.

In addition to our Signature Fundraising events, the Hope and Help Center often attends Community Health Fairs and Free HIV Testing Events. Also, there are many of our community partners who hold fundraising events for us at various locations to help us in achieving our mission and vision.
