ABOUT HOPE & HELP
Hope & Help is a not-for-profit health organization and Medical Clinic, offering HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) and STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) testing, prevention, and treatment services. Through its community based HIV and STI prevention and outreach programs, Hope & Help provides Free Rapid HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis C Testing at its primary location and throughout the community at a variety of health events. Through the Medical Clinic, Hope & Help provides a full panel of STI testing and treatment options, a fee may apply for these services.
With Florida consistently ranking higher nationally than most other states for new HIV and STI transmissions, Hope & Help is driven by its mission to end the HIV and STI epidemic in Florida through comprehensive health education, prevention, testing, and treatment. Ultimately, Hope & Help’s vision is to see all generations empowered with the knowledge, resources, and opportunities necessary to live healthy and stay well.

Walk-ins are welcome for Free Rapid HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis C Testing offered through the HIV and STI prevention and outreach programs. Testing offered through these programs is entirely free, confidential, and fast with results showing within 15-minutes. Free testing services are offered Monday - Friday between 8:00a - 5:00p. Other testing is available by appointment in the Medical Clinic, a fee may apply.
Medical Clinic Appointments
Please arrive 30-minutes before your scheduled Medical Clinic appointment to allow time for completing intake forms and bring a government issued photo I.D. and insurance information, if any. If you're unable to make your scheduled appointment, notify Hope & Help at least 24-hours in advance. A "no show" fee may apply for missed Medical Clinic appointments.
Case Management Appointments
If you're living with HIV and are an existing Ryan White patient at Hope & Help, please arrive 15-minutes early to your appointment and be sure to bring all documents, including proof of income, changes in household dependents, changes in medical condition, etc. To schedule a Case Management appointment, contact your Case Manager or click on the "Existing Patient" button below.
If you're not living with HIV or are not a Ryan White patient at Hope & Help, and need assistance, call 407.645.2577 or click on the "New Patient" button below. Please arrive 30-minutes prior to your appointment and bring any necessary documents that support the reason for your visit, including a government issued photo I.D. During your initial visit you may not be seen by a health service provider. Instead, you may meet with a member of your care team who will assist you in determining the best services for your needs.
MEDICAL CLINIC VISITS
Hope & Help accepts Medicare and most major health insurance plans. Call 407.645.2577 to find out what services and benefits you can receive from Hope & Help through your health insurance plan.
Patients with co-pays will be required to pay the specified amount at check-in, plus any additional balance. Hope & Help also has affordable self-pay options to suit everyone's budget. If you need help paying for your health care needs, ask a team member if Hope & Help Connect is right for you.
