All-Inclusive HIV and Primary Care

Hope & Help is a one-stop-shop for all your HIV-related needs.  In addition to offering Free HIV Tests, Hope & Help offers Primary Medical Care and Infectious Disease Care.  Together, this coupling of services makes it easier for you to manage living with HIV.  All your routine follow-ups for HIV and other common medical procedures, such as an annual exam, are conveniently performed in one location, saving you time and energy.  

HIV/STD Treatment

HIV and STDs continue to be a challenge in Florida.  But, by practicing safer sex and getting tested frequently, you can take control over your sexual health.  Hope & Help guides you to the best medical and pharmacy resources to treat your condition.  All testing and treatment services are performed on-site.

PrEP and PEP

PrEP or Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, is a once-a-day pill that's up to 92% effective at preventing an HIV transmission through sexual contact.  Everyone who is sexually active and at least 16 year old, qualifies for a PrEP prescription at Hope & Help.  For more information, click here.

Medication Assistance

Sometimes the cost of prescriptions can be a challenge.  For those who qualify, Hope & Help offers Medication Assistance to get you the best medicine available and keep you on track to improve your health.

Transgender Health Care

With the latest technology and medical resources for Transgender Health, the medical team at Hope & Help works closely with you to not only understand your health needs, but your health journey as well. 

Laboratory Services

Laboratory services are performed on-site and include, blood draws, cultures, and rapid testing for conditions, such as UTIs.  Results are obtained within 24-48 business hours, giving you a quick turn-around time to expedite your treatment.

​Mental Health Referrals

Hope & Help provides mental health treatment for conditions such as mild depression and anxiety.  In other cases, Hope & Help will refer you to more advanced mental health therapy within its network of providers.

In order to deliver the best service possible, schedule an appointment to see any service provider, including case managers and health care providers.  Walk-ins are only accepted for Free HIV Testing.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for completing necessary forms.


In the event that you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment, notify Hope & Help at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  A “no show” fee may apply for missed scheduled medical appointments.

Hope & Help accepts most major insurance plans, including the list below.  Patients with co-pays will be required to pay the specified amount at check-in, plus any additional balance.

Sliding Scale Fee Schedule

Hope & Help is committed to providing accessible quality healthcare to all members of the Central Florida Community. In accordance with our mission, the following Sliding Fee Discount schedule is available to eligible individuals who are uninsured or under insured.  Additionally, for those who do not qualify for this option, we offer a 45% Self-Pay Discount.

Please note that at the time of your first visit, Hope & Help will determine your eligibility for the sliding fee discount program and calculate your payment options based on the chart above.  A Sliding Fee Application is required to access this service at the time of your first visit.  Additionally, you are required to provide proof of income with your sliding fee application at the time of your first visit.  Eligibility will be re-assessed annually.  The Sliding Fee Schedule does not include lab fees, diagnostic testing fees, and/or pharmacy charges.
