Primary Medical Care
Hope & Help offers full Primary Medical Care to all patients. Patients do not need to have HIV or an STI in order to received Primary Medical Care.
HIV Medical Care
Although there is no cure for HIV, Hope & Help offers medical treatment to help you get to an undetectable status. Being undetectable does not mean that your HIV has been cured. When HIV is undetectable, it means the disease cannot be detected in laboratory tests and, as a result, you have a zero percent chance of transmitting HIV to someone else. It is important, however, to be consistent with your medical treatment to maintain your undetectable status. Without treatment, you may no longer be undetectable.
Hepatitis C Medical Care
There are many outcomes for treatment of Hepatitis C. Begin your treatment at Hope & Help with a clear medical treatment plan to manage your Hepatitis C.
HIV and STI Treatment
Hope & Help offers two (2) ways to obtain HIV and STI testing. Free Rapid HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis C Testing is offered through the HIV and STI prevention and outreach programs. To obtain Free Rapid Testing, click here.
Non-Rapid and all other HIV and STI tests offered through the Hope & Help Medical Clinic are offered for a fee. The Medical Clinic offers testing and treatment for the following STIs:
PrEP (or Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), is a once-a-day pill that's up to 99% effective at preventing an HIV transmission through sexual contact. Speak to a Health Care Advisor today to learn about how you can obtain PrEP from Hope & Help's PrEP Plus program. Click here or more information.
